Lightroom classic problems: HDR and edit in Photoshop

Question

I am using Lightroom classic 13.0.1 and am having two problems:

1: I cannot use edit in Photoshop and have my files go directly to Photoshop. Instead I have to export the file as a TIFF and then load it inot Photoshop. This is annoying.

2: When I use the new HDR feature the images look great in the develop module but when I view them in the library they have lost the HDR effect and look dull. What gives.

1: Uninstall Lightroom Classic and Photoshop, then reinstall Photoshop first and Lightroom Classic second. That normally solves it.

2: HDR Editing is still in its infancy. Right now it only works in the Develop module. Read this: https://blog.adobe.com/en/publish/2023/10/10/hdr-explained
