Lightroom classic requirements

I have 2 questions about Lightroom Classic.

1) Is it compatible with Windows 11?

2) Are the system requirements the same as for Lightroom? The only requirements I can find seem to be for Lightroom only. I'm going to get a new computer (my GPU is from 2016) and want to know the requirements.
