Lightroom Classic Sync Issue

Weird thing happening in Lightroom Classic. When I check my Sync activity, LRC is trying to download from a phone I haven't had in years. I can't figure out how to stop it.

Lightroom does not download from a phone. A phone uploads to the cloud which then syncs back to LrC. 

Log in using your Adobe ID at https://lightroom.adobe.com and locate the Sync Errors System Collection (LH side, above your albums. Select the items from your no-longer-available device and delete them. Those images never made it fully to the cloud and, if you no longer have the device, are lost - unless you have some sort of phone backup.  Deleting those unrecoverable images from the Sync Errors album and then from the Deleted Items album and allowing sync to complete should resolve the issue.
