Hi there,

I just changed my laptop. I am trying to import the presets from my old mac book pro to the new one. When i open LRC i do not see any of my presets but if i try to add them from the download folder i get the message that the presets have been already installed although i do not see them. How to I do? thanks

Correct answer GoldingD
  1. Is the image selected when you attempt to look for the preset, a RAW or a JPEG? Some presets will not work with JPEG
  2. Do you have the setting to Show partially compatible develop presets turned on if the selected image is a JPEG
  3. Have you, in the Presets panel, clicked on the + symbol, then selected Manages, and made sure the presets in question are simply not selected as visible?

Do you already have images in that catalog and is an image selected in Develop module?
