Lightroom Classic unexpectedly quits on export

Question

lastest one, and also the older versions(such as 11.5)

macbook pro m1 chip
macos ventura 13
i had reset the setting, restart my macbook, remove the lightroom etc.

i can edit photos and import photos,
but cant export anything.

First troubleshooting steps:

1. Uncheck the option Preferences > Performance > Use Graphics Processor > Use GPU For Export.

2. Are you exporting with a watermark? If so, does exporting without a watermark succeed?

3. Do the LR menu command Help > System Info and copy/paste the entire contents here so we can see exactly which versions of hardware and software LR thinks you're running.
