Lightroom Classic update catalogue update

HI

i have just updated to Lightroom classic V14, my catalogue is still v13.3. I did upgrade the catalouge after the update. is this the correct version?

Are you referring to the name of the catalog, or are you referring to info when you click on Help, then About?

Remember that the new upgrade process no longer renames the catalog. Instead it backups the old with some additional text (basically the date) and creates a new catalog with the exact same file name as before the upgrade. (not sure in what order that all occurs, and Adobe documentation on this, well lets say not great)

I was going to post the exact same issue. It is a problem since the latest update. Now we are v14 and the catalogue wants to name itself "name-v13.lrcat" and then backups the real "name-v13-3.lrcat" to some zip. i do not like this, the previous behaviour was much more structurised. Please bring it back.
