Lightroom classic upper bar UI bug on Mac OS full screen mode

I have a Lightroom classic upper bar UI bug on Mac OS full screen mode

See the red circle left side. In full screen mode on mac os, when I move my cursor upper side of screen to see the upper bar, navigator panel and histogram panel are still show up above upper bar. So I can't click the green full screen button.

Anyone has same problem and do you know how I can fix it?

Hi there,

Sorry that Lightroom Classic Histogram and Navigator panels are overlapping the maximize button in Full Screen mode.

Which exact version of Lightroom Classic are you using? I tried replicating this issue but it is working as expected on a Mac running OS Mojave and version 8.2.1 of Lightroom Classic.

Does switching off the GPU in Lightroom Classic as suggested by AxelMatt helped the cause?

Thanks,

Akash

Thank you for your reply Akash Sharma. Yes I tried Axel Matt's instruction. But there is still same problem.

I use mojave 10.14.4 and LR 8.2.1

Thanks.

Thanks for the heads up. Have you tried pressing the "Tab" key or the "Esc" key to check if the maximize button shows up? Also, is this issue intermittent or occurs every time you work in Full screen mode?

Please try switch off the GPU support from the Lightroom preferences and check if that helps to fix the issue

Go to Lightroom > Preferences > Performance tab > Uncheck "Use Graphics Processor" > Restart Lightroom.

Another point you can try is to reset the Lightroom preferences

Which version of Mac OS do you use?

Do you have installed the latest version of Lightroom (version 8.2.1)?

If not the please install the latest update and try again.
