Lightroom Classic version 14,3

Hi Rikk, when I import a series of cartoon images, everything works fine.
I import, make color adjustments, export, and edit everything in After Effects.
If I use the 2x enhancement feature, the graphic result is very good, but a complicated situation arises.
The frames lose their numbering and import order, visible on the screen, and if I export, it's total chaos.
The format is uncompressed 16-bit TIFF, originally generated in Adobe Photoshop 26.6.
Rikk, could you tell me a method or settings to avoid losing the 2x enhancement due to problems I'm not aware of?
