Lightroom Classic will not burn to disc.

Lightroom is the latest release. MacOs Catalina installed. When I choose to Export to CD/DVD Lightroom says "Preparing files for disc burning". When the progress bar completes nothing happens. LR seems to have locked the DVD burner. I can only eject the DVD by using Disk Utility. I've tried this several times with the same results. I used several DVD's to exculde them as the issue. External DVD burner shows up in Disc Utility but not Finder. The DVD burner is functioning properly. It will show up in Finder if I insert a DVD that has data on it. Export to File works fine.

    I should also mention that I have only tried exporting using the button on the Library tab. When I tried using File, Export, CD/DVD, I get this message:

    ...and yes I can burn files to the DVD burner from Finder without issue.
