Question

Lightroom Classic with Lightroom Cloud keyboard commands?

When I first started editing a few years ago, I learned on Lightroom Cloud. Now that I know what I'm doing I'd like to switch over to Lightroom Classic because it seems like there is some more functionality with Classic. The problem is that for some reason the keyboard commands are different and the ones on classic dont seem to make any sense with hand placement, but there also isn't an option for Lightroom Cloud keyboard controls, which would seem like a no brainer. So much so that I assume I just don't know how to switch them over. Does anyone know where to do so?

Keyboard shortcuts are 'hard-wired' in Lr-Classic and cannot be changed. You may be able to add other shortcuts with external apps.

My best hint, until you learn the LrC shortcuts, is the KB shortcut [Ctrl + /].  This gives you an on-screen window of KB shortcuts that are relevant to the module you are currently viewing.   That is [Ctrl + the key with a ? ]

And a great resource for Lr-CLassic KB shortcuts-

You can change most LR Classic shortcuts using the Any Shortcut plugin. But that can be more trouble than it's worth -- it's probably easier in the long run to learn LR Classic's shortcuts.
