Lightroom classic won't start

Hi everyone !! 

I've updated Lightroom Classic to the 12.3 version and i can't even start it. 

I tried everything, reset the settings, starting offline, uninstall and reinstall, nothing works, the only way for me to use Lightroom Classic is to downgrade to the 12.2.1 version.

I'm using a MacBook Pro 2015 with Mac OS Monterey, French language, so I was wondering maybe it happened to someone else who figured out how to solve this.
