Lightroom Classic won't sync to any device at all

Hi everyone,

I've been reading many, many threads to solve my issue, but still without any success.

I want Lightroom Classic (Mac) to sync to my Lightroom Mobile app on my iPhone. My collections in Lightroom Classic are set to sync, I'm logged in on both devices with the same account, but my Lightroom Mobile app stays empty. Apart from the pictures I've added manually to Lightroom Mobile.

Am I forgetting something, or just doing something wrong? I've watched several tutorials, read several articles, but still struggling.

I've added some screenshots just in case.

Log onto https://lightroom.adobe.com with the same account. Do you see a sync issues folder?

Go to (in Classic) Lightroom Preferences->Lightroom Sync. Look under Sync Activity (might need to click the little triangle) to see if syncing is stuck on anything.

Thanks for the quick response! All I see are the photos that I manually added to Lightroom Mobile. Syncing doesn't seem stuck on anything in Lightroom Classic. I've added screenshots, just in case I'm missing something.

And you're certain it is the same account? If so, quit Lightroom Classic, go to the creative cloud app. Log out of the account. Reboot your computer. Go to the creative cloud app and log back into your account. Make sure all apps in creative cloud are up-to-date. Then open Classic. Hopefully it will now start syncing. You might not see any activity while it is doing that but images should start showing up in Classic that came from your mobile device and Classic should start uploading the images you wanted uploaded. Do note that Classic is only able to upload smart previews. It will not upload full raw images. It is more than good enough for most purposes but thought you needed to be aware.
