Lightroom Cloud Storage FULL on mobile app?

I have the new CC and the this new "cloud storage" is all nonsense. First of all, where is this "cloud"?

I have no idea where these photos are that are taking up all 99.99gb of space on my Lightroom Mobile App. When I log in on my desktop, I have completely free space but when I log in on the app, it says I have used up all 99.99gb of storage which makes NO SENSE. I just want to be able to edits photos on my phone but since my storage is somehow full, I can't import anything. This is very odd.

I feel like this new CC update completely screwed me over and I was not informed on anything.

Can anyone help me? Much appreciated!

You can only share once the photos have made it to the Cloud.

Log Into Photo Editor | Online Photoshop Lightroom  on a browser and check if all your photos have uploaded.

Only once they are up there can you really deal with sharing and creating free space on the App?

Two questions though, is the Mobile App iOS or Android? And, what plan do you have? (Is it the 1TB plan or I have just thought, is it the Mobile Only plan... purchased through the App Store.... in which case this wouldn’t include CC Desktop).

edit: one more, this post is in the Classic forum... are you using the traditional Lightroom or the Cloud Based one.... or both?

Hi,

It sounds like the mobile photos haven't synced up to cloud (Adobe‘s servers, that allow you to access them from any device).

On the Mobile app are you signed in and is sync paused? Plus, do you have a WiFi connection?

Both CC for mobile and Desktop should show the same storage used.

According to my storage - syncing said it’s paused but I syncd it at home all night and still my storage is full on the app but not on my desktop... the app won’t sync either because there isn’t any space on the app. So it’s one of those things where it’s supposed to work but doesn’t because storage is full. I’m so confused

How do I share pictures?

Way easier to just show you.
