As far as I know, Lightroom does not yet run properly on OSX 10.14 (there have been several such reports) In fact, some Apple applications don't run properly either.

It worked after updating from 10.11 to Public Beta 3...But now after updating to Public Beta 4 it's not working anymore...I hope Adobe will release a new update

The reason software developers issue Beta versions is so that Beta Testers like you can try them out and report any problems back to the developer, Apple in your case.  Apparently you found a problem; congratulations, you need to report it to Apple.
