That's why they call it Beta!

As far as I know, Lightroom does not yet run properly on OSX 10.14 (there have been several such reports) In fact, some Apple applications don't run properly either.

It worked after updating from 10.11 to Public Beta 3...But now after updating to Public Beta 4 it's not working anymore...I hope Adobe will release a new update

I don't know exactly what s the cause...Updated to PB5 and still crashing...

There is no reason to assume that it is Apple that needs to do something and not Adobe. In fact, it is more likely the opposite. Apple makes the OS that runs the platform, Adobe makes the software that is supposed to run on that OS. If certain things in the OS have changed in an upgrade, then it's quite possible that Lightroom also needs an update (and I'm sure Adobe is working on making Lightroom compatible with OS X 10.14) to remain compatible. That happens all the time (early versions of Lightroom are not fully compatible with MacOS X 10.13 either).

It's not Apple's responsibility to make MacOS X 10.14 compatible with every piece of software that happens to run on 10.13, it's the responsibility of the authors to keep their software compatible with MacOS X.
