As far as I know, Lightroom does not yet run properly on OSX 10.14 (there have been several such reports) In fact, some Apple applications don't run properly either.

It worked after updating from 10.11 to Public Beta 3...But now after updating to Public Beta 4 it's not working anymore...I hope Adobe will release a new update

The problem isn't Adobe, the problem is Apple. Apple changed the code somewhere and that is what is causing this Lightroom crash.

But anyway, at this time, Lightroom is not supported on OSX 10.14, so Adobe isn't going to do anything.
