How do you get the aspect ratio to lock in from image to image.. I want it to be 11x15

You could crop the first image in a collection to 11x5, then sync the develop settings with all the other images. This would be the fastest way to crop a bunch of images with the same proportions.

Cropping needs to be assigned to the individual images.

Unfortunately, cropping cannot be stored in a preset. However, you can add the 11x15 ratio to the dropdown list in the crop tool controls.

 

However, you can copy-paste the crop settings from one image to another using the copy and paste buttons on the lower left of the Develop screen.
