Correct answer Just Shoot Me

You are running some type of Hacked Pirated version of LR.

The license type in your last post (Lizenz:) lists it as Unbegrenzt which translates to Unlimited. It should read "Creative Cloud" and not Unlimited.

If you do have a valid active subscription to the Photographer Plan I suggest you uninstall LR, PS and the Creative Cloud Desktop App then use the CC Cleaner tool (Use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems) to wipe out all traces of Adobe software. Then reinstall the Creative Cloud Desktop App and then LR and PS from the CC DTA.

Other than that I can not help you.

The newest update (4/2018) put dehaze on the basic panel in the "presence" box under Clarity. Hope this helps.

This question was posted two months ago so it refers to a previous version.

First open LR and go to the Help menu and select System Info and post the exact version number.

Id the Dehaze slider grayed out or missing altogether.

The only images that will have the Dehaze slider are those that are using Process 3 (2012) or 4 (Current). If the image yo have selected is using an older process the Dehaze slider will be grayed out but still be shown in the Effects section.
