Lightroom denoise function error.

Hi guys. I'm using latest version of Lightroom Classic and Camera Raw.

 

When I try to use AI denoise function, getting error "unkknown" that encountered from graphic card; as you see atached SS. 

 

My laptop I5 CPUand Nvidia GTX530 graphic processor.

 

Anyone else havig this issue and can help me? Thanks...

That is very old GPU. Released back in 2011. Looking at NVIDIA driver support page, Last driver was released back in 2018. Looks like NVIDIA has it in legacy status (i.e. no new support)

 

It also looks like it has no more than 1024 MB of memory if the OEM model, well below LrC GPU support minimum for AI. It might have 2048 MB by some mfg's. And that is are bones minimum and iffy for LrC AI

 

And it has a GPU benchmark of 1276, below the Adobe minimum recommendation of 2000.

 

You need a better GPU

Download the most recent driver directly from your graphics card manufacturer's website and see if that helps
