Lightroom desliga o computador sozinho

Meu PC tá desligando sozinho depois de uns 15 min editando no Lightroom.

Ele está instalado no SSD e recentemente fiz uma formatação nele, então não é problema de capacidade pois ele está com menos da metade da capacidade (346GB livre e 129GB usado)

A placa de vídeo é a GTX 650 Ti e está atualizada, assim como todo o meu sistema operacional e Drivers.

Já aconteceram com vocês? Podem me ajudar?

Lightroom (Lr icon) or Lightroom Classic (LrC icon)? What version NUMBER?

PC shutting down is due to either:

1. Bad or corrupted or out-of-date driver somewhere
2. Hardware malfunction

Is there a particular action in LrC that causes this?

Does your computer feel unusually warm or hot?

Todos os meus driver estão atualizados

Em relação ao hardware, ele está um pouco empoeirado, já faz 2 meses desde que fiz a ultima limpeza

E sim, meu computador está mais quente do que o normal. Coloquei a mão no PC do meu namorado e o meu estava bem mais quente que o dele.

Please post your System Information as Lightroom Classic (LrC) reports it. In LrC click on Help, then System Info, then Copy. Paste that information into a reply. Please present all information from first line down to and including Plug-in Info. Info after Plug-in info can be cut as that is just so much dead space to us non-Techs.

The computer actually shuts down as opposed to LrC just closing or crashing? The PC actually turns off?

Is that with LrC just started but not actually doing any edits?

What else is running on your computer?

If you bring up the Task Manager, what is shown as running? A screen capture might be helpful.

Bare bones minimum for LrC to function. I would not be surprised if some newer capabilities in LrC fail, or go so slow that you have to avoid them (AI masking comes to mind, also the new AI Denoise. But probably not causing the crash.

Yes, your GPU driver is current. But this is a very old unit, I would not suspect it will help much with performance. I do not suspect it would cause LrC to cause a computer crash unless it is broken.

Also, that GPU has what, 2GB of VRAM, many capabilities may fail, but not crash so quickly.

Regarding the hardware, it's a bit dusty, it's been 2 months since I last cleaned up
And yes, my computer is hotter than normal.

Ah, yes that could cause issues.

If it a windy day, do not do any of this (static electricity hazard to PC)

Turn the computer off, unplug it.

Clean all the dust at the air inlets/outlets.

Open the case and clean up all the dust, be careful to touch any circuits.

The fans on the GPU, and the Cooling fan over the CPU need to be dust free.

While you have the inside available to you, make sure that the two power cables connected to the GPU are not loose.

Underneath the air inlet to the PSU (Power supply) needs to be clean.
