Hi,

Using a LR plugin to upload photos to Wordpress. It worked nicely until this morning.

Received this error when I tried to use the publish service

It was not possible to update the collection.

An internal error has occurred: bad argument #1 to '?' (string expected, got nil)

Mac user.

The plugin works probably without any problem at all; but it depends on WordPress, ALL the plugins installed in your WordPress, your connection, your proxy, etc, etc. Also if you changed your URL from a http to https... there are many things to check. But the plugin itself had no bug/issue for over one year now, and it has many users. The problem is not on your Lightroom neither, except if you have chosen settings that let Lightroom use too big images.

Hi Per Thege - since getting the message have you quit Lightroom and restarted your computer? Has anything changed with your hardware configuration? Are you on a windows or mac? It looks like this error is tied to your wordpress config.

There is this string in the forum: Unable to Export An Internal Error has occurred: bad argument #1 to 'find' (string expected, got nil) Using Windows…  It suggests that the export settings may not be right. Maybe something changed since the last time you did this successfully?

Checked the export settings as well.
