Lightroom flags pictures as duplicates before import

Hi, somehow I keep running on this issue since about a few weeks ago. Everytime I try to import pictures Lightroom keeps flaggin some of them as duplicates and will not let me import them.

These are pictures taken with a newly formatted camera with updated date and time, I neved ran into this issue before, now every time I try and do an import it will randomply select some of the pictures and flag them as duplicates.

This keeps happening all the time now, very easy to reproduce.

Lightroom Classic 13.2 Release Camera Raw 16.2

Windows 10 Pro version 22H2

AMD Ryzen 7 5700U with Radeon Graphics 1.80 GHz

16.0 GB (14.8 GB usable)

64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

Is there a workaround I could do to just override that and import them anyways? I haven't found a way.
