Lightroom GPU Acceleration failure after MAC Update, common fixes not working

I recently updated by MAC to Monterey 12.7.6. Since then Lightroom has been incredibly slow. Looking into the problem, I noticed GPU Acceleration was only being applied to the display and not to image processing. This option, in fact, was greyed out. After some research, I did the common 'fix' of deleting the camera raw config GPU .txt file. This did not work, and the option is still greyed out. Below are my specs, please let me know how to fix this issue:

I don't think this hardware can run the GPU acceleration for image processing in LrC. Not enough memory, not enough power.

Thanks for the response. Whats weird is the sudden change in performance post-update. I assumed it messed this all up, but given what you're saying I'm not sure I'm on the right path

I would imagine the right path is to get a better GPU.
