Lightroom installation directory

Hello,
I bought a new hard drive (ssd) and would like to switch Lightroom and Photoshop to it.
What is the instruction?
Adobe does not let me choose the installation directory ...
It is a normally simple task.

I bought an M2 ssd and would like to see the difference in performance.
