Lightroom iPad & Lightroom Classic Workflow

I was away on a trip and used my iPad Pro to start making photo selections and processing some of the better shots for socials. I would bring in all the photos from the day of shooting, make selections and then remove all the others from the library to conserve space. Backing up all the images on an SSD.

Now I am back at base I want to go through all the shots again on Lightroom Classic, importing all the shots from the SSD to the LrC catalogue.

Is there a way to sync up the shots from the iPad to LrC? I have them all in the 'Synced' Folder on LrC, ideally I would be able to sync all the mathching files with flags, keywords and develop settings.

TIA

OK, I misunderstood your question. So just import from the SSD and on the right hand side of the Import dialog, ensure that Don't Import Suspected Duplicates is checked.

This makes Import match files which arrived via Sync with those on the SSD and only import the others.

You shouldn't need to import them from the SSD . Assuming you used Lightroom Mobile on the iPad (is that correct?), they've already been imported and should sync when you open your Lightroom Classic catalogue as dj_paige says..

So open LrC and let it sync. Do you see those photos with all their settings?

On the iPad I removed all the photos that weren't flagged (deleted them to save space) now I want to go back through the ones that were deleted. So I need to bring them back from the SSD

When I take photos with my cell phone (don't have an iPad), I import them into the Lightroom mobile app on my cell phone. I can do whatever editing I want there. When I get home, I launch Lightroom Classic on my computer, and it then downloads these photos into LrC with the edits attached. All you really have to do is to make sure that sync with the cloud is turned on, and that you are using the same user ID (which is your e-mail address) on both Lightroom mobile and Lightroom Classic.

Yeah I get all the flagged ones synced back to LrC. But now I want to go through all the ones that weren't originally flagged (and therefore deleted to save space)  so I bring that back from the SSD and need to somehow marry the two sources.
