I have nothing.

No issue with catalog location

No issue with plugins

Recommend that you give Adobe a chat/call

I finally find out that downgrade to v13.0 solved the problems. Thanks for
answering.

Please post your System Information as Lightroom Classic (LrC) reports it. In LrC click on Help, then System Info, then Copy. Paste that information into a reply. Please present all information from first line down to and including Plug-in Info. Info after Plug-in info can be cut out as that is just so much dead space to us non-Techs and it takes up vast amounts of scroll space making the reply less readable and less likely that others will bother with your post.

Well, the system info you posted seems A-Ok, but you failed to include your library path and your plugins in that system info. A library path pointing to something other than a hard drive connected to the computer can be an issue. A poor plugin can be an issue.

Application folder: C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Lightroom Classic
Library Path: F:\My Photography\Vacations and Day Trips\Photo Trips\18 Photo Trip August 2017\18 Photo Trip August 2017-v13.lrcat
Settings Folder: C:\Users\DavidsLocal\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Lightroom

Installed Plugins:
1) AdobeStock
2) ASUSDCP
3) Aurora HDR
4) DxO PhotoLab 5
5) DxO PhotoLab 5 Importer

P.S. Your GPU driver

DirectX: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 Ti (31.0.15.4601)

Is out of date, but that is probably not the problem.
