Lightroom Mobile Sync is a Mess and Adobe is not Updating People on the Situation!

I've become dependent on the sync feature as a professional photographer who pays for this service. It's irresponsible for a company to mess that connection up and not notify customers and update them on what's happening. I'm frustrated with the complete lack of admission and communication. Get on this!

    Please update to the latest version, which is 2015.12, then sign off and back in.

    I un-installed and re-downloaded and installed. Problem fixed. I made the original post after chatting with someone at Adobe who admitted to a problem.

    I have Lightroom cc and I have never had to uninstall and reinstall before...I am stressing about losing my collections and such. Will they all reappear once I reinstall and log in? Not having my desktop sync with mobile is killing me!!!

    Jessica, I uninstalled, reinstalled yesterday and had no issues while also fixing the sync issue. Be sure to backup your catalog if you're worried.
