Hi guys

We have purchased a copy of lightroom (Creative Cloud Photography Plan) and cannot get the download to start due to the PC allegedly not meeting the requirement.

Specs:

Core i5 - 3.6Ghz Processor

16Gb RAM

256Gb  SSD

8Tb Disk Space

Geforce GTX 1060 3Mb Graphics

Windows 10 Pro

Anybody have an idea what it could be ?

Was there any updates on this? I'm having the same issue installing on a 64gb ram Xeon build..

Please state the full hardware and operating system information for your computer (including whether or not the operating system is 32 bits or 64 bits).

Also state the exact problem you are having and the exact word-for-word error message.

Also state the exact version of Lightroom you are trying to install.

Check to ensure your Win 10 operating system is 64 bit and not 32 bit.

Unforunately the pc is at a client, so I do not currently have access.

Basically the error occurs when attempting to download the program.

Clearly it does a system check prior to allowing the download, returns with system does not meet the minimum requirements
