Looking for an App that enables one to modify a photo to appear as a drawing or painting.  Any reccomendations.

AKVIS have a huge range that emulate specific styles. They're quite good and good value. I write about them regularly for Photoshop User magazine.

    When you find such an App -like FotoSketcher (Free or Donation ware), you can add it to the Additional External Editors list as a preset (aka Plugin).
