Lightroom Presets Not Applying to Images

So since the last two days, my LR Presets won't apply to any of my images. When I scroll on the presets, it shows the preset effect on the selected but it doesn't apply. 

This is my LR System Info below. I even updated LRC to the latest version but it did not fix the problem. Please help!!
