I just upgraded to a refurbished but new-to-me computer that had been wiped and a new OS installed. I downloaded the latestest CC versions and Lightroom Classic version. My catalog is huge. Huge. I take thousands and thousands of sports photos on a weekly basis. While the new computer is good specs, it doesn't matter how many images I export, 10 or 10,000, Lightroom Classic always stalls, and crawls along. It constantly freezes, the screen flashes, the window comes back to the front of the display while it's in the background as I'm using a browser. It alternates between exporting a few images and freezing.
I know this is a widely posted issue and I dealt with it on and on my previous system. I believe I've paused the plug-ins, and I've only installed a few software apps, so....??? Any help is greatly appreciated!!!
