When you use the lightroom program, you may not be able to save photos, What shoud I do?

Your question is not clearly understood. When you make adjustments to your image using Lightroom Classic the adjustments are automatically stored in the catalog. There is no need to "save" those changes. If you need a copy of the image with all of those adjustments then the process is to EXPORT a copy of the image from Lightroom. That exported copy will include the adjustments you have made using Lightroom. This process is true whether using Lightroom Classic or Lightroom (the version that saved images in the cloud).

 

Each version of Lightroom is designed to leave the master image in its pristine state, unchanged from when it was originally imported.
