Lightroom V6 Serial Number blocked and revoked by Adobe

I have Lightroom V6, which was purchased and registered in Aug/2017.  After 6 years of use Adobe suddenly declared that I am an Unauthorized User. The software is Genuine Adobe retail and was installed in 2017, with my account created and software registered.  The software was later patched to v6.14.

When this error messaging began, I uninstalled LR and reinstalled the v6.14.  My serial number was accepted and when the login activation step occurred the S/N was listed as Reoked/Blocked and that I had to contact Customer Support.  This began on Sep 20th.  I went through the Chat Support and later into the Email.  Proof of ownership provided.  I have not been able to receive any assistance as to how or why the S/N was revoked and how to allow it to be unblocked.  My Adobe Account lists the product and Serial Number as was registered.

I have looked at varoius forum threads on the Blocked/Revoked S/N but have not seen or heard as to what the outcome was.

I realize that the LR6 is no longer supported, however this is the S/N that has been revoked by Adobe after 6 years in valid use.  My PC (Windows 10) and camera hardware are not being changed so the software has been well suited for its use.

Thanks - I have been working with Customer Support with some email replies back that did not address the revoked S/N.  I did get a response back last night that stated the S/N status was changed and I could activate the software.

Unfortunately, when I try to reinstall LR6 with the S/N I get the Revoked error.  I tried this offline and it continued to display the Revoked status.  This indicates a blocked status is somehow embedded on my PC.  So, I am now looking at how to make sure all previous references are completely removed.  I ran the Cleanup Utility, but that dosen't seem to have resolved it.  I have currently uninstalled all Adobe products from the PC and then do a reinstall off the individual programs.  I currently was only using the Acrobat Reader and LR6.  These have been removed.  I noticed that the Adobe Genuine Service is still listed in the Apps Listing --- but it will not uninstall.

Please take a look here: Invalid or revoked serial numbers (adobe.com)

If this doesn't help you have to contact the Adobe support. They won't usually offers any support to help you install, but they often will tell you why the number was revoked. Here is a public forum, not the link to Adobe support. Sorry, but we're normal users and we can't help on problems with serial numbers and/or problems with deactivation/activation.
