Lightroom vs. Synology Moments / DS Photo

I've got a Synology Disk Station standing at my place where

my pictures are. As software I use Synology DS Photo and Synology Moments.

I would like to switch to Lightroom because I think the software is great.

However, I miss one possibility that is very important to me.

My pictures should still be on my NAS, I don't want anything in the cloud. Furthermore, a good viewer under Android / iOS is important to me, because I often look at pictures with acquaintances. So as the apps of Synology can.

Unfortunately I didn't find a way to do this in Lightroom.

Is there really no possibility?
