Lightroom Window Can't be Resized

All of a sudden, my Lightroom window occupies my entire screen and I can't resize it.  I'm not in Full Screen mode.  Also, the red, yellow and green dots that usually appear in the upper left are missing, so I can't minimize the window except using CMD-M.  2020 iMac running Monterey 12.2.1.
