Lightroom won’t sync image setting after new update

So yesterday I edited an album like normal, added my images to a collection like normal, then I go to my Lightroom app to share the images to the client and I can't open any images, the link shows all images with no masks at all. 

i literally edited last week and didn't have this issue but I have now updated to the new Lightroom classic version.

 

I have been on tech support chat for hours yesterday and they couldn't fix the issue. I have created a new library and it still hasent fixed the issue. I have even uninstalled lightroom and re installed and it's not working. 

I really need help with this as it's how I send all proof edits to my clients on a daily basis.

 

attached is the issue I am getting on mobile. I would also like to point out that even when I go I. The collection on my Mac they are all good, the sync has no issues on my Mac and I get a green tick after they are done.
