I can't upgrade to Ligtroom CC 13.01 .  What is the solution?

I used an image to text converter to extract the text in the error message, and then had it translated from Hungarian to English. I can't help you with this, but hopefully somebody else can.

Windows cannot find the file 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\Adobe Desktop Common\ElevationManager\Adobe Installer.exe'. Please check that you entered your name correctly and try again.
