Lip Color

I have a vexing issue to deal with. I was asked to make some enhancements to a portrait (taken by somneone else) The model is happy with the edits except for her lip colour. She has gone to the extreme of providing a jpg image with the color she wants. My issue is using LR, I can't replicate the colour and thoughts on how I can use the color in the attached image to be the same as her lip color?

Why use Lightroom? In Photoshop this is much easier to do. Sample the color that the model supplied. Open your image, select/mask the lips, and then use curves to set the exact same color values in the individual color curves.

Don't forget to check the colorspaces. They need to be the same for this to work.
