I downloaded a nice LR preset for help in keywording.  It is an LUT file with some LUA files.  How do I import this into Lightroom Classic?

No, it's not a LUT or "look up table" which is a way of rendering colours. You can't use LUTs directly in LR.

It is a plugin, written in the programming language Lua. To install it, follow the instructions at the mykeyworder site - via File > Plugin Manager.

Hi John,

As you're looking to install a LUT preset in Lightroom, please check if this helps: How To Install Your Own LUTs in Adobe Lightroom 7.3 - Lightroom Classic CC Tutorial - YouTube

Also, what exact preset are you trying to install? and What version of Lightroom you're working on?

Regards,
Sahil

Sahil, I'm using the latest version of LR Classic. The LUT is called Mykeyworder. I got it at Mykeyworder.com.

Thanks so much for the link to an explanation. It also led me to Matt Kloskowski's YouTube video on this subject.
