Trying to AI denoise Olympus / OMDS ORF files with LR 12.4, LR states file format not supported. I'am quite sure it worked with 12.3
Any idea?

Please tell us the exact unedited word-for-word error message.
Are these files some kind of modified RAW images?

I verified in my LR 12.4 that OM-1 and OM-5 ORFs work with Denoise.
Verify you're actually trying to denoise a raw rather than a JPEG. It's not uncommon for people to report here that their camera settings got changed back to JPEG and they didn't notice. In Library, select one of the photos and look at the full file name in the Metadata panel.
The OM-5 manual doesn't list any so-called "compressed raw" modes that in other cameras produce faux-raw files incompatible with Denoise.
If you've verified your really working with ORFs, upload one of the problem files to Dropbox, Google Drive, or similar and post the sharing link here. We can see what might be going wrong.

MS Windows, in its inscrutable wisdom, changed the drive letter, so LR didn't find the original file and instead just used the preview file, for which denoising of course doesn't work.
Thank you for your efforts and prompt service
