LR 6 cannot read Canon 6d Mark 2 files

Dear,

I have (a Dutch version) of Lightroom 6.0 and a new camera: Canon 6D Mark II. Unfortunately LR won't read the CR2 files. I know this is because LR cannot read the files. I have Googled almost all day searching for the solution. I've tried almost everything, but it won't work.

Please help me.

    The Canon 6DMark2 was first supported in Lightroom 6.12.  Update you Lightroom 6 the the latest version which I think is 6.14.

    That model requires at least Lightroom 6.12. The last and final update for Lightroom 6 was Lightroom 6.14. The Lightroom 6 download link on the following page will provide you with that Lightroom 6.14. Make sure you have your serial number available.
