LR CC 9.2 hangs on import if Logitech c930e webcam is connected to the computer

New installation of Windows 10 Pro x64 (1909).

i7-4790K @4.00 GHz, 32GB memory, 3TB disk

LR launches fine, and imported with no problems 2 days ago.

Yesterday I installed a Logitech c930e webcam, and today, attempting to start an import produces the screen shown in the attachment (I blurred the folder listing).

Killing the process by clicking the close X and telling Windows to close it leaves the .lrcat.lock file, which has to be manually deleted.  I ran a catalog integrity check and didn't find any issues.

Since the only change from 2 days ago was installation of the webcam, I disconnected it.  Import now works.  Lightroom should be able to ignore unusable input devices, so this is a bug that needs to be addressed.

What is the best way to submit a bug report?

Post your problem at the officisl, feedback site, that actual Adobe Techs observe, and prefere to find such reports in:

https://feedback.photoshop.com/photoshop_family/categories/photoshop_family_photoshop_lightroom?topic-list[settings][type]=problem

When you do, include some additional info

1. System Information as Lightroom Classic reports it. In Lightroom Classic, click on Help, click on System Info, click on Copy

Paste that info into your posting, or a reply (your own reply) to your posting

2. Add information as to the software the install of the webcamera added, and the versions of drivers associated with the camera.

Well, after unplugging and re-plugging the webcam, the problem cannot be reproduced.

I guess I'll chalk this one up as a Heisenbug.
