I recently installed Astril VPN client on my PC. Suddenly a working a solid installation of LR Classic 14.1.1 stopped working.
As soon as the program is launched, it stop working and the "sorry, an error occourred" pops up. Looking in the report, it seems to me that the issue is about the LR license validation.
Any other experienced the same issue? Is it related to validation issues as I suspect? Any workaround?
I "solved" by uninstalling Astrill client, but... not really a solution.
I know my report is very specific, but since I found the solution, I post it here just in case others face the same issue:
1-Log in to Astrill application > Press "CTRL" and click on help then select the option of "Uninstall LSP"
2-Confirm the prompt then and click ok.Then you need to restart the device.
3- Try again to connect with Astrill again and it should work fine then.
The abouve solution is from Steam forum. It was that app signaling me some issue with ASProxy.dll... so I tried to see if the

Started researching this by searching on Google, for this VPN and LrC. And I noticed on the support page that they are having issues. Perhaps this is a temporary issue.. Or perhaps not your problem in your region:

I got the same issue today on my new laptop. After uninstalling AstrillVPN, my LRC worked again. I didn't have this issue on my old laptop though.
