LR classic always switch to import

When I open a photo , LR Classic go always  to  import. I can 't working any longer with LR classics.

    Make sure that the option Show import dialog when a memory card is detected in Preferences > General is unchecked.

    Also make sure that Windows AutoPlay settings are set up like below.
