LR Classic SDK downloads broken

Seems like the SDK download links for LR classic are broken:

1.  Go to https://developer.adobe.com/console/<id>/servicesandapis
2. Find and click on "Lightroom Classic" -> "View downloads"
3. In the popup, all SDK downloads seem to be broken. The latest download (v13.5) redirects to https://ioconsolerykerprod.blob.core.windows.net/adobe-apiplatform-prod-ioconsole-cdn/installers/lr/... which gives a DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN error.

I also am wondering how to download the Lightroom Classic SDK.

Scrolling to Lightroom Classic gives a Downloads button that pops up a panel.

But the Download link in there goes to:

https://ioconsolerykerprod.blob.core.windows.net/adobe-apiplatform-prod-ioconsole-cdn/installers/lr/...

Which does not exist.

It gives an error:

This site can’t be reached

ioconsolerykerprod.blob.core.windows.net’s server IP address could not be found.

Adobe really need to run a link checker on their pages. Especially in the Developer sections. This is the second URL link error I've seen in the last 15 mins
