LR Classic Will not connect to printers

My LR Classic cannot connect to any printers (Canon Pixma Pro10 and Epson WF series).  Additionally the link between LR and PS is gone.  I updated the drivers.  I can print from my MAC and PS.  

does anyone have any ideas of what to fix?

    Problem solved!   Somehow the "Print to" check box was set to jpeg...not printer.  I have no idea how that happened, as I haven't printed in several weeks and I never print to jpeg.  Anyway - thanks much for your response!

     

    Also, when I uninstalled PS Beta and PS, then reinstalled PS, the connection between LR and PS was remade.   Sandy

    If the link is gone, try reinstalling Photoshop. If you've the Beta, uninstall it first (which is possibly why @Rob_Cullen mentions it).

    For the Printer, the info requested will help a lot.

    Please include the following in your question:
    Adobe product and Version numbers for both LR & Ps.
    A Screenshot of the info panel from MENU: Help/System Info...
    The full text of any Error Message(s).  "Cannot connect" does not help greatly to arrive at an answer.

    Have you ever installed Photoshop Beta versions?

    Hi Rob,

     

    Here is the information on my system:

     

    LR Classic - Version 12.5

    PS - 25.0.0

    CR - 15.5

     

    I have no error messages - just no print button (see screenshot)

    Yes - Beta is loaded (haven't tried it yet)

    I am running MAC iOs 14.0.0 (Sonoma)

    My printer is Canon Pixma Pro-10 (all drivers are updated)
