Please manually disable the use of GPU in Lightroom following the steps mentioned in Adobe Lightroom GPU Troubleshooting and FAQ and let us know if that helps.

Could you please check if the issue persists if you create a new catalog in Lightroom and then work on it?

I did check as you mentioned.

I created a New Catalog, and imported photos.

And I click the Develop Module, LR is freezing and is closed.

I also checked whether "Use Graphical Process" is turned off or not. definitely, Turned OFF.
