We now need to ensure that the GPU is not preventing Lightroom from working.

To do so, Temporarily disable the Device driver following the steps mentioned in Adobe Lightroom GPU Troubleshooting and FAQ

(Mac OS) Disable Automatic graphic switching on the Energy Saver tab in the System Preferences.

In My computer, there is no above option on the Energy Saver tab.

I think that It means i don't have another graphic card on my com.

is this file in only Windows OS?
