Lr5 intel mac to LrC sv mac

Hello, new to the community and in need of help from you. I am not computer savvy so step by step simple explaination would be appreciated.

Task at hand, moving Lr5 catalog, pictures, adjustments and library structure from interal ssd of old intel MacBook to new MacBook M3 internal ssd utilizing LrC. 

Done so far:

  Migration from computer to computer, do not want to use Rosetta

  Have Time Machine backups, on 2 external hd's, they are journaled

Would really appreciate any help frome someone who has done this or knows how.

1. What is your MAC OS for the new computer?
2. Are you going to attempt to install old Lr Perpetual v 5 on the new computer?
3. Or, have you subscribed to an Adobe Plan such as the Photography Plan?
