I have tried the new versions of LRC 11 but the masking options are not smooth for my liking. I find that banding often occurs and the additional steps to get to the end result are awkward. Is there a way to set Lrc 11 to 10.4 layouts?

Please post your System Information as Lightroom Classic (LrC) reports it. In LrC click on Help, then System Info, then Copy. Paste that information into a reply. Please present all information from first line down to and including Plug-in Info. Info after Plug-in info can be cut as that is just so much dead space to us non-Techs.

I find that banding often occurs

The only substantive change is the way the luminence range works. Perhaps you need to read up on the changes to Luminence range, and adjust what you are doing.

Well back to 10.4 then. Until adobe realises it's mistakes.
